# My centrifuge has broken down. How quickly can you get an engineer out to look at it?

If you call to request a repair of a centrifuge and you are a customer of ours, we will fast track an engineer to come and visit you as soon as possible. This is typically in a day or two. We aim to rectify faults within 5 days of your initial contact with us (subject to the availability of spare parts).
