# What is the warranty on the products you sell?

The warranty period on the products we sell vary from manufacturer. Below is a summary of the warranty period for each manufacturer:

**3 months**

- All used equipment supplied by Henderson Biomedical.

**1 year**

- All Hawo heat sealers.
- All Branson Sonifier ultrasonic disintegrators.
- LEEC incubators (excluding Culture Safe range).

**2 years**

- Hettich standard laboratory centrifuges and automated centrifuges.
- Gram BioBasic range.
- Hoshizaki ice makers.
- LEEC Culture Safe range.

**3 years**

- Vestfrost refrigerators, freezers and ULT freezers.
- Gram BioUltra range.
- All Memmert incubators, climate chambers and ovens.

**5 years**

- Gram BioCompact II, BioPlus, BioMidi and ExGuard range.

**Unlimited**

- All Eupry data loggers (excluding Lite range).

**Warranty extension**
