We have a team of highly qualified engineers covering the whole of the UK who are able to offer on-site repairs. Some of our engineers are factory trained by leading manufacturers such as Hawo, Vestfrost and Nuve. Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of our lower ‘back to base’ rate if it is practical to send the instrument into our workshop and you are not in a hurry to have it repaired.
We hold a stock of thousands of spare parts in our London warehouse, and we even have some discontinued spare parts that you would not be able to obtain from the manufacturer.
