Repair Laboratory Equipment
When an instrument breaks down in your laboratory, it can create enormous disruption to your work. An equipment breakdown prevents you from carrying out your time critical research, it delays patients results and it can hold up production.
We can carry out repairs on a wide range of laboratory equipment, even if you do not have a Service Maintenance Agreement with us. However, we always recommend users regularly service their instruments with us to prevent break downs which can cause great inconvenience to you and your colleagues.
Henderson Biomedical is able to repair the following instruments:
Including but not confined to small micro centrifuges, bench-top and floor standing versions, non-refrigerated and refrigerated.
Including but not confined to devices contained in a sound reducing chamber and hand-held devices.
Rotary heat sealers
Including but not confined to units with and without printer functionality.
Bar type heat sealers
Including but not confined to those used in dental and GP practices as well as tattoo studios. We can repair both types of heater bar systems (impulse and permanently heated).
Including but not confined to a variety of different types, both small and large in size, with either a solid or glass door.
Including but not confined to pharmacy, ice-lined and solar types.
Freezers (including ULT freezers)
Including but not confined to floor-standing vertical freezers and horizontal chest types. We can also repair environmentally friendly solar freezers.
Including but not confined to industrial and laboratory ovens as well as curing and warming types.
Including but not confined to types used in both an academic and clinical environments.
Including but not confined to circulating and shaking water baths in both heated and refrigerated types.
Good to know
We have a team of highly qualified engineers covering the whole of the UK who are able to offer on-site repairs. Some of our engineers are factory trained by leading manufacturers such as Hawo, Vestfrost and Nuve. Alternatively, you may wish to take advantage of our lower ‘back to base’ rate if it is practical to send the instrument into our workshop and you are not in a hurry to have it repaired.
We hold a stock of literally thousands of spare parts in our London warehouse. We even have some discontinues spare parts that you will not be able to obtain from the manufacturer.
