UK-wide technical support

Our in-house technical team and field service engineers have been trained by Hettich. This means that our company is the only UK service provider trained on Hettich’s robotic range of centrifuges. Our close association with Hettich means we can offer you superior after-sales service on their products and care for your device for many years to come.

In addition to being able to provide routine maintenance and ad-hoc repairs to your Hettich robotic device, we are also able to provide you with ISO 17025 (UKAS) calibration of your equipment. Flexible finance options

Thanks to our partnership with the UK’s leading asset finance provider WestWon, we are able to offer flexible finance options for the purchase of new automated equipment. The cost of the equipment can be spread over a period from one to ten years and you can choose to pay at monthly, quarterly or even yearly intervals. This can help businesses obtain the equipment they need, whilst still preserving their cash flow.
