The hawo EcoPak 03 and 03S are advanced medical heat sealers equipped with everything required for a validated, auditable packaging process. With full ISO 11607-2 compliance, a monitored flat sealing system, and RS 232 connectivity, they are the first truly digital models in the EcoPak range.
These units are designed for healthcare teams who need more than just repeatable sealing — they need traceability, control, and compliance. Choose the standard white housing (EcoPak 03) or the 03S variant in hygienic stainless steel.
The EcoPak 03 / 03S represents a significant leap forward in the hawo EcoPak Series. It’s the first model in the range designed to meet the rigorous demands of a fully validated packaging workflow. If your practice, hospital, or clinic requires compliance with ISO 11607-2, this is the ideal solution.
The unit continuously monitors sealing parameters such as temperature, time, and pressure, using hawo’s flat SealPeak sealing system. Unlike ribbed sealing in lower-tier models, the SealPeak system provides even contact and strong, clean seals that are easy to peel — ideal for sterile barrier systems.
With the integrated RS 232 interface, users can output sealing data to external software for audit trails, quality control, and documentation. The LCD display provides an easy view of current settings, and the piece counter feature allows accurate batch tracking.
The EcoPak 03 also includes standby mode to conserve power during inactivity, and an automatic start sensor to streamline high-volume workflows.
Both the 03 and 03S support accessories like hawo's tray and roll conveyor, and the stainless steel housing of the 03S makes it an excellent choice for cleanroom or sterile environments.
Upgrade to the EcoPak 04 / 04S for IntelligentScan and an integrated printer, or go even further with the EcoPak 05 / 05S for full validation and labelling.
