The hawo EcoPak 02 and 02S enhance the standard features of the base model with a smart automatic start function and eco-conscious GreenTek design. Tailored for busy sterilisation units, these models increase throughput without raising energy costs or complexity. The EcoPak 02 features a white powder-coated case, while the 02S offers a stainless steel AISI 304 version for sterile environments. Both are distributed exclusively in the UK by us.
EcoPak 02 / 02S is where smart automation meets sustainability. As the second model in hawo’s EcoPak line, it includes a built-in automatic start function that triggers the sealing process without needing manual input. This makes it particularly useful in high-volume environments like CSSDs, clinics, and private labs where every second counts.
In addition to improving speed and convenience, the EcoPak 02 proudly carries the GreenTek label. This signifies that the sealer meets hawo’s rigorous standards for energy efficiency and low environmental impact, drawing just 160 W while still operating at a reliable 10 m/min sealing speed.
Functionally, the 02 series retains the ribbed sealing system and fixed temperature settings of the 01 model but improves the sealing experience with smarter automation. Materials supported include EN 868-3 and 868-4 compliant paper/film pouches and reels.
As before, users can select between the more economical white EcoPak 02 or the hygienic stainless steel EcoPak 02S, depending on facility requirements.
This model is CE-marked and compatible with accessories like the hawo tray and roll conveyor — a complete solution for clinics seeking low-maintenance, energy-saving performance.
