The health and safety of our employees is of paramount importance. Users are in a much better position to understand what type of biological samples have been spun in their centrifuge. Therefore, the user is better placed to understand which disinfectant would be most appropriate.

We request that all users complete our Declaration of Decontamination Status form before a Field Service arrives on site. A copy of this form can be found in the downloads section of our website.

If you are not able to complete this form, the Field Service Engineer might ask you to decontaminate the device whilst he/she waits. Alternatively, he/she may decontaminate it themselves using their own disinfectant.
