You will only pay at the time of the service, repair and/or calibration. For example, if you accept a Service Maintenance Agreement in January and you send a Purchase Order in February, but your service is not due until July, you will only be invoiced in July, not February.
A Purchase Order is just a confirmation that you want us to carry out the said work and payment is only due when our engineer has completed the job to your satisfaction.
