The warranty period on the products we sell vary from manufacturer. As a general rule, all new products will come with a 1 year warranty as a minimum. Brands like Hettich and Hoshizaki offer a 2 year warranty on their instruments. Vestfrost refrigerators and freezers are 3 years, whilst their ULT freezers are 1 year. Hawo currently offer a 1 year warranty on their heat sealers. Gram offer 5 years warranty on their BioCompact II, BioPlus, BioMidi and ExGuard range. Whilst the Gram BioUltra range is 3 years warranty and their BioBasic range is 2 years. LEEC incubators come with a 1 year warranty except for their Culture Safe range which is 2 years. Any used equipment purchased from Henderson Biomedical will come with a 3 month warranty as standard.
